Shipping /Policies for Orders:

Shipping rates are based on total weight of the order. All orders are shipped in bubble pack mailers or new boxes.

Our warehouse is in the United States that makes us more competitive and possible to quick delivery to our American European Customers.

Weight (lb) Shipping

0 to 3.99 = $8.80

4 to 11.99 = $12.28

12 to 18.99 = $16.94

19 and higher = $21.95

International shipping

We offer Worldwide Shipping on almost all of our products. During ordering, please be as detailed on your address as possible. Let us know exactly how the shipping label should look. Include the receivers name and phone number. Please note that you are responsible for any and all Customs Charges and/or Duties. We are unable to undervalue shipments for Customs purposes.

All prices on our price list are in US Dollars and shipping is always an additional charge.

Import duties and Taxes: Some countries may charge import duties and taxes. We do not pay for duties and taxes. That will be the responsibility of the receiver.

RETURN POLICY
All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
1. If you have not opened the box, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked.
2. If the product will not work on your computer, you may return it to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days of receipt.

You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.

Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable
